We will send you credentials to sign up and create an account for MyCase when our provision of the Services requires you to have access to an account and MyCase’s case management platform.
We do not own, control, or operate MyCase, a third-party application that may be utilized in connection with the services provided by us. We are not responsible for any actions, omissions, or functionality of MyCase, including but not limited to its availability, security, or any data processing conducted through its platform. By registering with and using MyCase, you acknowledge and agree that MyCase is governed by its own terms, conditions, and privacy policies, which are separate from those of Law Offices of Connie Yi, PC. You agree to adhere to MyCase’s applicable policies and assume all risks associated with your use of the MyCase platform.
