Things are certainly not normal for California residents and all other Americans (indeed, all global citizens) currently. We unquestionably face a stark and unprecedented challenge from the COVID-19 viral pandemic.
Concededly, the nature and spread of that nemesis is fundamentally concerning. It is heartening to note at the same time, though, the growing traction and resolve of the government – at all levels – in marshalling resources and taking proactive measures to fight the virus. In many ways, and unsurprisingly so, California is leading the way forward in those efforts.
No one is untouched by present circumstances, with it being incumbent on every person and industry to do everything possible that will contribute to an eventual victory over the virus.
That is just as true for attorneys and law firms as for any other demographic. At the Law Offices of Connie Yi, we are resolutely committed to doing everything possible to promote public health and safety.
With that in mind, we took proactive action more than a week ago to maximally protect the broad circle of people we professionally interact with, as well as all other individuals and families in our community. Specifically, we suspended in-person meetings at all our multiple legal offices across the Bay Area from March 17.
Notwithstanding that limiting action, our firm largely remains open and with the ready ability to fully represent our diverse and valued clientele via phone or video conferencing.
